This Privacy Policy explains how FloStar LLC ("FloStar," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit flostarllc.net (the "Site") or submit a service request through it.
When you submit the contact or service request form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, service needed, urgency, and a description of your plumbing issue. We do not require you to create an account or provide payment information through this Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.
This Site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare's content delivery and security services, which may process standard connection data (such as IP address) to serve the Site and protect it from abuse. Our contact and service request form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our inbox. Our inbox is hosted by Zoho Mail. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers may process limited technical data as part of delivering their service; we do not share the personal information you submit through our form with them beyond what is necessary to deliver your message.
This Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use minimal technical cookies or similar identifiers strictly to operate and secure the Site.
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this Site, including serving the Site exclusively over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information submitted through the contact form for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain business records, after which it may be deleted.
